Other issues to look out for
Is the company that you are dealing with a reputable company – do they provide contact details and show where they are based? What qualifications do they have?
How much do they charge to set up the number, and what are their monthly charges after that? Make sure you get the best deal – there are a lot of companies out there who all want your trade!
Many companies offer "memorable 0845 numbers", also known as gold numbers. Whether or not you need these depend on your individual circumstances – they are best used on TV and radio campaigns, or the side of vehicles. Don't be conned into believing you need one. Think, is the number actually memorable?!
What about the contract – can you request to leave within a month, or are you tied in for a year or more?
How long the company takes to set up the number? It should really be a relatively quick process!
